We spoke to our daughter, a resident of Narrabri, & which ever the group at the show grounds belong to, they certainly are not endearing themselves to the country town. They will be putting money into the town, no one is denying that BUT they have upset so many shop holders, especially the great bakery there. Daughter was in there yesterday for her usual coffee when some women (id tags around their necks) started abusing a 16 year old employee because something had mock cream & not fresh cream. Had her in tears until a couple of customers came to her rescue & asked the travellers to settle & lower their voices. That is just one instance daughter told us about.
I am now waiting for excuses for this kind of behaviour, but I am sorry, there is none. Our daughter was about to have her say but was beaten to the punch.
She is a past manager of a food outlet & many times has had to deal with this type of behaviour towards her junior staff.

I hope that someone managed to get the names of those twats and that they are reported to the CMCA. Idiots like that should not be members of any organisation, well maybe the "twat club" (That is with an A and not an O for those that do not know the difference) Maybe a letter to the CEO of the CMCA should be sent and also a letter to their magazine.

Seems to me that he/she who loads the gun should fire the bloody thing!

Can't be me cuz I don't have the bullets, but if I had of been there and got the names on those id tags I surely would fire the gun.

I have heard no reports like that. Had lunch at the RSL yesterday 40 odd people there about 30 were CMCA.

Hi, all.

Just had the thunder and lightning this afternoon, accompanied by 10 drops of rain per capita. Sun's out again and it's warming up.
Yesterday one fellow had 38 degreesC outside his camper.
