Thanks AM for the offer we will take you up on it one day, if not we want to make the next Sth Qld get together. Like you we are heading down south to Victoria after Xmas, what route are you going to travel down on?

Glenn
hi havent quite finalised it yet but im sure it will take me the best part of 10 days to get there. leaving either from home on 27th dec and south on the new england till about tamworth and then westish to newell or leaving tweed on 27th and heading down the coast a bit before heading inland. but then again i might just go the newell again. i have until the 29th jan before i go back to work.

We are planning on going down the New England to Tamworth as well, to visit brother; less hills on the Newell though. We are going to cut across to the Newell through Gunnedah.

Ros, we are on a 3/4 acre fenced block in Highfields so plenty of room for your van if it suits.

AM we are leaving on the 11 Jan and will be coming home around mid Mar after visiting Tassie. I will be checking the forums during our travels and we may be close proximity in the later part of Jan before you return home, if so we should catch up if possible. I will be doing a travel blog during our trip, it is at http://travelpod.com/members/glennlouisefitz, check it out. The blog also covers a couple of shake down weekends that we have done. Have you dabbled into travel blogs?
