This one of the reasons that those of us that have been involved right from the start don't offer info anymore as we are sick of being told we re liars etc because our testing and findings have proven Terry's concepts.
This is just one of the reasons another is that there have been many so called battery experts that have gained their knowledge from Mr Google and have taken on information from so called experts that often dont' even know the different lithium types net alone how they work. I know some experts who have not even owned the technology they profess to be experts in. Another is that we are sick of being attacked for trying new things outside the box (many are now accepted as normal or preferred) and also Terry is now trying to make a business from his work and the development group have accepted that the knowledge we developed is the property of Terry and we will not divulge what we do or have learnt.
I inspected many vans at the caravan and camping show last weekend in Adelaide and the van offered with lithium left a lot desired in the way the batteries were setup and also the management. The sales people had no idea they considered they were just an expensive option with no real benefits and they substitute 100Ah lithium for 100Ah AGM.
We have tested large discharge and charging voltages and high and low levels of SOC over many sets and years so we are sticking to our research and wait to see how the new developers fair in 5 or 6 years.
The info on several other forums is very suspect but when we suggest otherwise on the other forums our posts are deleted quickly.I posted on one the the day because there was something that I wanted to say re the current knowledge base and it was deleted completely when I returned within an hour. they post was just deleted and all reference to it.
Even to the point when I post I have received email warnings from administrator team to not allow Terry to use my profile.
best to contact Terry if you are really interested and he deems you are not a spy as he is very open with the information if you pass his test, but he will expect you to retain that information gained to your self.

Brian

Nah! No need for that William! ;)
Wouldn't be too many replies concerning him that didn't contain a little (or a lot) of sarcasm.
Unfortunate because he really does have a wealth of knowledge that can help people.
I just let it roll off & carry on regardless...

Given that we are talking behind Terry's back - and I understand that much of the above is said in jest - if we are going to say anything in his absence, it should be that we are lucky that we have access to one of the most knowledgeable and experienced people on the subject in the RV field. Also, despite some people repeatedly questioning his expertise behind the "I'm no expert, but ....." line, we are indeed fortunate that Terry continues to freely provide advice to this group.

Three cheers for Terry and let's promote his commercial venture.

And another 3 cheers from me for the fact that Terry is prepared to assist no matter what the problem be it electrical or mechanical.

Yep, totally agree but ..........
.............. if only I could find him!!! ;) 8-)

I help out when I can & at the moment I'm very concerned that T1's fruit is being stolen.
Popped out a couple of times but have yet to catch the thieving sods!
You'd think it'd be hard for them to eat half of a piece of fruit while it's still on the tree?
You'd also think they'd have the decency to finish one before starting the next or the next or the ................

Any clues? Oranges & mandarins are the target!
Hey Dot can I use that sticky stuff?

Cockatoos, I had them demolish all/parts of the fruit on a passionfruit vine.
