Off ebay, they are so bright, I use 1 row (out of 3) in one pair (have 2 pairs) as low beam and the rest as high beam, otherwise get flashed by everyone.
Be careful !
I had the old sealed beams in when I went for rego.

Yes I was considering a light bar.

Not drive at night Yes, but there will be times I will.

Did up a 70's Jap coupe years back. Changed the original low beam outers to Hella 55/130W high/lows and put 150W "landing lights" in the original high beam position. It was all wired heavy and a larger alternator and battery were part of the rebuild.

I was doing the rock'n'roll home trip at about 3am when a car I passed did a u-turn... then the disco lights went on. After a preliminary which would definitely not have been zero, the Victorian highway patrol guys got interested in the roadworthy checking. While one checked tyres and stuff the other did a lighting check. He called the other over about the headlights and there was a bit of discussion which I didn't catch. I was told to start the engine and show low beam.. then high... then "and the other ones mate", to which there was an exclamation of "holy f*#k" or similar. I figured I was getting a sticker for modifying the original headlight positions, which I believe remains an offence.

After a bit more poking around, I was handed back my licence and I told something like "with such a tight pattern you could probably aim those lows a tad higher... but these are the best lights we've seen on an old car. Drive safe".

Moral: if your lows are right, you will probably be left alone.
