I think I will be checking out all the old general stores and mini marts that we can find on our travels.
But I like Dot's recipes at the start of this thread. I will definitely be giving them a whirl.

I heard the Chief of IGA supermarkets saying on ABC radio last week that Ezy sauce was to be produced again
Apparently IGA took up his customer concerns with the company.

The pumpkins take a bit of work to get decent size fruit,

More than 'a bit'…
We planted about 20 Qld Grey & Butternut seeds a while back.
The Butternuts failed utterly. Coupla leaves from 4~5 seeds, then they all packed up & went home.
The Grey's vines have covered the whole of the 20x12ft garden bed, the paths alongside, and made territorial claims on the woodpile!
Number of pumpkins produced so far: 0. :(
(Neighbour keeps bees, so that's not the prob.)
