I purchased a 2nd hand caravan door which has a pull down section which exposes a flyscreen section. It does not have a separate screen door so when the door is open there is no screen. I had a frame made which filled the existing door opening and surrounded the caravan door. Due to where it is parked it is a little difficult to take more photos.

On the Coaster Owners FB site, there was a LWB Coaster with a plug door, he had fitted a concertina door with screen mesh in it hinged & folding back towards the front of the bus on the inside of the plug door, I thought it looked a great idea, maybe you might be able to do similar to fit a screen door.

Hi Kappy,
I got this one for a ripper price because they lost the keys!!
Anyway, some photo's showing the hinges with the flywire door.

Another showing how the housing accommodates the curved side of the bus and the bottom window section which allows me to see the road gutter from the driver's seat.

Re: Changing Bus door.
I spent 2 weeks pulling apart a caravan door and frame and cutting it down to suit the Mazda bi-fold door opening. The side of the Mazda is not straight up and down, so the fly screen door and the main door come into contact with the centre area of the body. The only fix was to leave the centre hinge off so the door could flex in the middle. Been through a few hinges but the newer design seems to be holding up well.
Look at the same fix for the Hino, caravan doors that big are mega bucks, so when I get a chance, I'm gunna check one of the house door places that advertise the door-in-door set up and see how that works.
