Well, Brian wouldn't have let him into the yard and buckled under pressure to the suggestion they could get a head ....... We did a full insurance claim for them against their insurance, they got a $12,000 pay out, then we had to battle for mths and repeated trips to Adelaide to the claims courts to finally get paid and not the full amount at that, nor the costs of all the court crap and multiple days lost travelling back and forth ..... they only ever appeared via phone link up and Margaret finally accepted a reduced amount after mediation and then it only came in 3 payments over a 3 mth period. The mongrels got a $12000 pay out, the bill only came to $10,000 and we got quite a bit less than that in the end ... learnt a lot about people who appear nice as pie and a few warning signs that we have noted in others who have also presented issues when it came time to pay ....... It only take a few "A" holes to make you question why you deal with the general public at all .... those who have been in business themselves will know just what I mean, fortunately there are a lot of good people out there as well so we keep going .......

It is disappointing that there are so many grubs in the world that just won't pay. And you aren't allowed to publicly name and shame them.

Hmmm....... I wonder if there are social media type sites that handle that sort of thing?
