Our trip to 1/ R n Bob morning tea and a cuppa, G had lesson on sewing machine and the camp oven Robert seasoned for us, then 2/ over a suburb or so to pick the suzuki up from our friend, another cuppa and we were homeward bound. G said to me "you follow me" so like a stupid wife I did just that but when he took the wrong turn I had the horn tooting and the flashing lights on BUT like a husband he heard and saw 0 so off we went on a tiki tour. When we got back to where HE went wrong I tooted and took off and got home 15 minutes before him . Bloody men. Potholes like canyons everywhere so it was like the dodgem cars. Saw the Neighbour out the back, they had their baby last Tuesday, a little girl 6lb 1 oz named "Rosella" Shouldn't laugh the poor kid will get enough of that at school from others named cookoo, magpie, corella, sulpha, . . No wonder kids get bullied? why do parents do this? Just thought Shirley could name her babies side winder, balls, Deborah's kids, shiny, sparkles, molten, . T1. spanner, lithium, solar. Supersparky. Fuse, terminal, flicker, . Bruce, soggy, sway, .wash . Mark Cavendish had a nasty crash and is out of the race. Time to say goodnight everyone x Goodnight Wayno x

That plate that has annoyed me no end, has finally had it's last firing and is in the box to go to market. I am not tickled pink with it, but it will do.

I do have a beanie for bowls Deborah thought about putting it on last Thursday but kept my new golf cap on, next time I do have a shade I could wear with my beanie if the sun was to shine on a very cold, miserable day, sometimes one wonders why we bowl on these days.

Deborah that bowl looks like a big flower and rather niiiiiice. Well done. Still cold down here, dam loud doof doof music last night until 2am I got the big spot light out and swished it over the offending house and the doof doof stopped in the next half an hr. It's the place with the many visiting pooping cats and barking dogs . Shirley knit a cap like the pilots used to wear with the ear muffs. Good weekend apart from the weather, Bombers belted the crows, Gizzy did good, BOB's did well last night and tonight should also be good. Brian went outside for about 1 hr today and is currently curled up on his chair. Had 2 hrs on the ph with my NZ M8 , while she was talking i got our tea ready and got a couple of loads of washing done. I just had to make the Oh, & wow noises and all was ok BOB's now on so I am going to say goodnight everyone x Goodnight Rossp x

The way the winds have been so crazy, I am surprised that you played bowls at all Shirley. Not to mention the actual icicles in the wind. Stay warm mate.

I set up an experiment in the kiln yesterday, but was not happy with the result. Sound familiar? Anyways I forgot to take pics, so you will have to wait. I did a bit of a smash up job and put it all back in to have another warm up with lower temperatures and shorter time at top temp. Tomorrow will tell...or not.

I took a bit of time to clean up the old goanna, the tuner is coming tomorrow. Once all tidied I had a bit of a fiddle, that was relaxing. Hope the neighbours couldn't hear all the mistakes with the wind howling, but it does show that a few hours of practice does have benefits.

Ray, when I got so sick with that bleed and we had trouble finding help it frightened me so G has said he would pref we sell the house first, live in the bus on the block till we find the right place to move to then flog the block off. Undecided Man!!

Sounds like a smart plan to me Dot. You can't keep all your eggs in one basket, but don't throw out all the eggs until the right plan of action is decided. xxxx

We did a bit of a grocery shop and then I got into the job of making a ton of sausage rolls, for the caravan freezer. Had a sheet and half of pastry left over, so filled them with apple instead of meat. Apple rolls were received very happily by the gutz.

Piano tuner came, was impressed by the improved work that I had done by giving the strings a good workout and stretching them somewhat.

The kiln was good, but not quite what I am after. I added some more bits of glass and sent it back in for a shorter time tonight. Hope this is the last time for this one.

Nice sunny day but the fire was still oing, did some washing. Q/ Who uses powdered milk? Had a cuppa at a friends place and she used powdered milk and to me it tasted awful, I could not finish the drink. BOB ar on so I am saying goodnight everyone x Goodnight Pet -els aka Peter x
