Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Fresh eggs with big yellow yolks sounds like a great swap for your scraps and extra lemons. Dot, the showers are only for a short time with the plastic bag, so hang in there mate. xxxx

Had an easy trip home and now here for a couple of days. We still parked out on the street, so the neighbours will start to wonder what we are doing. If they ask I will tell them, but not broadcasting it around the town.

Starting to plan for our next event this weekend, so never a dull moment here.

Can't beat good fresh eggs I reckon. Dot, don't do anything dumb while you are trying to sneaky peek at a bird nest.
Deborah, have you spoken to your installer yet about your solar battery?
Cheers

Another great day of sun. Had a bit of a shower just enough to freshen up. Decided to have fush n chups for tea tonight, very nice. Nothing much happened today s I am going to give my NZ M8 a call so assured of some good belly laughs. Nothing on TV either. G took me outside for a wheel around the house, no bird nests to be seen where I thought there was :( Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Homeless aka Brian x :D

Dot, getting out of the house is a good start mate, keep it up xxxx

David, I finally have them nailed down to visit in a couple more weeks (when we should be home for a bit longer than two days per week). I am not really happy about having to wait, but also the battery shouldn't overheat. It's down in the dungeon where the house is really cool, even on a long, hot summer day. Not too stressy yet.

Busy day here. Managed a few phone calls to sort stuff out and get the washing all done and sorted. Did a quick essential food shop, some extra cooking to start to get the fridge/freezer back up to working for our tripping around and now I am just plain buggered.

I see you have all been just as slack as me.
Dot, you been getting a lot of R&R? xxxx

I have been hugely busy.
Thursday we dragged the van through Western Sydney to a showgrounds to set up shop.
Friday was setting out the business ready for weekend sales.
Sat and Sunday were almost a waste of time. We have made enough money to pay for the stall and enough extra to buy a few bits of glass, but really been a slow weekend. The organisers are a great group of people, who are just lovely, so we will give it another try next year.

Home again tomorrow to start it all again. Packing for a weekend at Port Macquarie next week.

Dot, relaxing I hope? xxxx

I have not been relaxing at all. Never a dull moment in the lair. Last night I turned the computer on, to do some catching up and got a bit distracted by a huge bolt of thunder. Turned the computer off and had a very early night.

Today was a quick trip up the highway to Port Macquarie. As soon as we arrived, I started to make us a sanger, only to find the butter is missing. We did a few more setting up chores and drove down the road to the nearest food shop. Aldi was as busy as shopping on Christmas Eve. The only low salt butter that they had was $6.50 for a very small pack. It came form NZ and I hate to take any money away from our own farmers, but we were desperate. Don't think the butter will ever get missed again.

Tomorrow, we will set up our wares and be ready to trade on the weekend. Will be interesting to see how many come out on Sunday, being a big footy day. I half expect that people will be happy to escape from their football crazed families.

Back to "sort of normal" watched the AFL footy final and was disappointed the Magpies just squeaked a win in. Hope you have a profitable day tomorrow Deborah. How are all you sickies doing? Have had some really beautiful weather lately, today we hit 31 degs. Vegs and fruit trees all very happy. Think I may have a nice warm bubble bath then hit the sack, remember your clocks change tonight. Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Tanks x :D

Good night Dot.
