Another nothing happening in the lair day. I had the nrma man come out to replace the battery in my car. Mechanic said to get it done soon, so it's now been done. Nice enough young man and job well done. He fiddled with something to make sure we didn't have to retune the radio and it all seems ok. He kept checking the vin plates and found it hard to believe that it's really a 2014 rav 4 , he reckoned it looked in too good condition to be that old. So that's done for another three years.

Lets try again shall I? Yesterday we had our 6weekly spike n dyke haircuts only to find out our usual cutter had left last week. The salon was sold 2 mths ago but the new owner is not the most pleasant, so I guess our girl decided not for her plus the newbies have put their prices up, I have been so tired lately and spent 3 straight days in bed. Just fed up with the whole crap of these times. My "white cat" aka Black dog to others made an appearance but I think with some better weather looming things will improve. Deborah those pain patches I mentioned are a whopping $143 and I am not going to get them just by chance they will work. Naughty Norman and his daughter are back to the dirty dancing thing again so no nesting materials are allowed in their cage. My M8 in NZ went to the lawyers office for a tele conf hearing and not the court considering what happened last time and she said she was ready for her bro and his international lawyer, she managed to mention the bros $$ backer in front of the judge and she said "thank you" to her for that info. The $$ backer is a well known bad boy to the law and Sue and legal team were just waiting for the right time to drop that bomb shell. Now we think it is up to the judge to come to his conclusion but even if She wins, where does she get the awarded $$ $$... from??? Watching some of the Olympic games but it's hard to tell what's on and when so give up most of the time. Time for some pudding so Goodnight everyone x Goodnight Ray x

Had some excitement today. We did a big grocery shop. Only do one monthly, big shop with meat etc to get my 10% discount at ww. That has totally wrecked me. Too much moving around, anyway we got all that we need for a few more weeks. I might even risk an aldi shop soon. Much smaller place and not as crowded.

I thought we had the solar battery all sorted, until the installer informed me today that we needed to have the NbloodyN installed. The manufacturers of the battery like to check on it's performance and safety. That's nice, but we don't have that thing here and I don't want to buy it in and pay another monthly fee for something that we can't use when out on the road. I told him to go back to his drawing board and find something that will work for us. Any ideas?

I had a pack of those prescribed by the doctors, so didn't cost an arm and a leg. I used them to ease the pain associated with the shingles and later to ease the neck pain. They are good for around 12 hrs, but they need a stretch bandage over them because the sticky lets go after an hr or so, but they do work ...... Sadly, I lost them in the house fire .....

Victron have a set up that connects to what ever so it can be seen anywhere in the world, might be worth investigating that sort of thing ..... They should be able to put a device that talks on the net so they can see it live and interact with it, that doesn't need the NBN, they just pay for a dongle that puts the info on the web

Deborah the patches were "Lidocaine 700mg Dermal patch" and are not on the PBS even though script from the Dr. A beaut day again, I had a session with AJ earlier and she hurt me for a while then told me to be quiet Olympics are crap, 5 channels and all the same rubbish, men on little bikes and others on little bikes riding through the bush. Pot luck what you get to watch when you put the tv on. Got a new cheap ph and some slight differences to get used to . I feel a nana nap creeping upon me, Copyuslater x

Nothing on tv but watched a bit of the "Worlds wildest police videos" (yanky stuff) took 6 patrol cars to run a drunk off the road then 9 officers to grab the guy out of his car (guns drawn) What a country hey? I would loved to go over there to see the place but now I don't think so, looks like some over there would kill you as fast as look at yu. While we waited for G's appointment with AJ we popped up to the cemetery to make sure some residents were still there and noticed quite a few other people we had known were there as well, Blimey people are popping off so fast now. Must go out to see how my mum and dad are going, they may need some weed spraying. Anyway going to watch Planet America then hit the sack. Goodnight everyone x Goodnight Pet-els x

Today, I had planned to try to get down to my shed. That was until the rain hit. That will have to wait a while. I am getting a bit restless and want to get out there so much.
The weather has been so severe that it is not really an incentive to get out of that warm bed, so not a lot to share.

Bloody olympics, 5 channels and nearly all of them have the same crap on, so far the best thing on there was the carry on about the guy in speedo's and his little bulge. Did a bit of work in the bus this arvo and will try to get back in there tomorrow. Once again I awoke late 3pm, sick of this BS. Seeing GP next week so I may have to get a bit tough about finding out what is going on with me.. Jd Glad the boy got a good report from the vet for his trip. Enjoy it all. Get into that kiln work Deborah lets see what artwork comes out this time, maybe you should go to some of those events like the camel races and the big bash, have to have $$ to get there so patrons should be ripe for the picking.
