Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Awesome mad Vic, lucky you are they all drive able :?

Was the allusive visitor the mad Jeep fellow that use to live in Newcastle :?

We were lucky to have a beautiful sunny day, Nathan & Daniel went fishing on the kayaks, only caught small fish that all went back to grow bigger, was good to see several boats out enjoying the better weather.

Good night 😴💤💤

Dot, you had a busy day. Jeep owner hey? Could be anyone crazy enough to drive a jeep!! xxxx

Had another day with time in my shed. It felt so good. I am working towards an event in a couple of weeks. Before I have my knee surgery. This will be the last until about six weeks after the op. My fingers and toes are crossed for that one. I am hoping like crazy to be able to do it. It's a big Christmas market, so am hoping to find time to remake some of last years trees. They were a bit small and I want to make them a bit bigger. That will be a challenge soon.

Physio tomorrow. Will be interesting to hear what she thinks about me having surgery in September. It's a lot sooner than I could have hoped for. I guess tomorrow will tell.

sweet dreams xxx

I might have to look you up, next time I'm down your way Vic. I've got a bit of a soft spot for original Jeeps, and TE20 Fergy's too.
Cheers

You should keep an eye out for the Corowa swim in for military vehicles in march each year .It started in 1980 and I have been there each year since 2004. Usually 200 plus vehicles turn up of any description possible.Land and amphibian type.
Ray from Rutherglen knows all about it .cheers

Well, not ALL about the Khaki Vehicle Club.
Attended their parade down Sanger St once, and had a chat with a bloke who brought a Schwimmwagen along.
Told him I thought he was at the wrong parade. 😁
Fortunately he had a sense of humour. 😉
That’s about the sum total of my knowledge of the gathering. 🤔
… other than when it’s on, Rutherglen’s CP is booked out, like every CP within about 50km.
Regards & God bless,
Ray

No one even had a guess who bought another Jeep.
Vic A my dad had a Willy's Jeep station wagon, he loved that thing. I was 9 mths prego when he thought he might get me moving by going donuts just outside the Beechworth cemetery as it was thick sloppy mud, Ihe and I were having a ball but my mum was going off big time. I think I popped a few days later. I sent Brians E/R to my M8's vet in NZ for his opinion, No charge but I shall get him a bottle of his fav whiskey as a thank you. He will be looking at them tomorrow. How was Ellie Beer 's effort in her 1st Olympics run? , ok she missed out but has another chance tomorrow. And how was the Fox girls in the kayak the younger one 1st olympics now a gold medal. George took the diesel heater out so he could get the batteries out and now it's back in it is refusing to go.. How many primes?? or any suggestions? Stay relaxed Deborah. Off to bed now Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight VicA x :D

Hi Dot, will be interesting to see what your Kiwi vet can share with you. Is Brian slowing down or showing signs of pain? Take care mate xxxx

Well physio was brutal today. I am really feeling where she worked on my knee. I know a few painkillers and good night sleep will fix that. Her opinion regarding my op was just the same as the surgeon had said. Can wait as long as you want, but it will be painful and the op will be more painful, the longer I wait. So not cancelling the surgery now. My only worry is that the surgeon has gone to the olympics and wont return until the week of the op. It would be bad if she caught covid on the plane home. Fingers crossed that this op will really happen in a few weeks.

Another cold and wet day here, so no shed. Hoping to get back down there tomorrow.

night all xxx
