Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

I think the recent fuel price increase is only a warm up for the summer season. I wouldn't be surprised to see it go over $2.35 ltr by Christmas, the price of diesel will tag along close behind it .... that will at least spur on the EV sales, solar on the roof and no one can put the price up to refill the tank on an EV at home eh

Currently $1.71 here at Stawell. As low as $156 in Ballarat.

Ironic isn't it John?
Wasn't that long ago we were dreading it when it reached a dollar a litre.
Wack it up to $2 for a while & once it drops to $1.70 everyone thinks they're getting a bargain.

Great to see your return here Miss Dot. Be interesting to hear what AJ suggests about those trotters. Pain should be only fleeting once she figures out the cause. xxxx

Shirley, did the bowls finish or did the predicted storms break up your event? Hope you had a victory.

Today was set out as R&R and basically, that's what we did, A lot of nothing. I spent hours trying to put up f**kbook posts on various local sites as well as updating my own page. Then I had a huge phone workout with my computer tech man. He has checked my computer for any signs of damage and/or infiltration, All of the problems stem back to the lift salesman's email account being attacked. My computer is now totally clean and safe to go ahead with any sites that I visit. I rang the salesman and he is going to get his computer fully checked again.

We had a fair bit of rain here, so am hoping that it clears up for the weekend. Time will tell.

night all xxx
Deborah

Helen yes I had 12 bites in a cluster on my R) shin, 2 on my L) forearm and 3 on my R) arm. Trouble with these things is they hang around for ages. Sting goes has had a work out.
Shirley how did the bowls go today?
Bernie, glad your hand is ok so now be careful. ha ha The little person in the fridge must be frozen to death so no activity.
Deborah the stuff I use for the psora's was prescribed by my dermatologist is called Salicylic Acid 6% LPC 6% cream 100 and is made up when you get the script . You put it on the effected area's in the morning, leave on until morning shower with Coal Tar shampoo. Repeat till it goes away ..... Use it sparingly, a jar will last years so I freeze 3/4 of the jar. The reason for me seeing the geriatrician is because no one has yet to figure out what is the foot problem even after steroid jabs, podiatrist treatment and arch supports, surgery from foot specialist and physio. Anyway today we went to the resp/sleep lady, lots of Q's and she explained the 2 ways of testing sleep. 1/ I can set it up at home myself (a chance of mistakes) 2/ Stay the night in the hosp lab and they do the monitoring to be sure it's done right so I opted for the 2nd choice. The Dr was spot on time, she faxed the clinic with request for appointment and we left for home, after an hr the clinic rang with an appointment for March :o nah says I we are going to NZ then so she said "hold on while I look at your referral" Amazing my appointment went to 13th or 14th Dec because my Oncologist had referred me and she then put me on the cancellation list. Amazing hey what a name can do? . Then another ph call from the boss of the SA Aged Care people, she had followed up on Gman's call and now I will have an assessment within 3 weeks for a package. Good timing as G was on the roof doing the gutters and she told him off for being on the roof  . My gathering with AJ has been put off until the 10 Nov as she has a patient coming from Sydney for treatment so the fruit (for pav) will have to be used  Chilly tonight so a rug is being used for me and my M8 Brian, Nothing on TV either. Where are you Chuck? I took the pic for you  Stay safe everyone and Goodnight x :D Goodnight Noggins x :D Fuel still at the $2 a lit

G'day Dot, still at home in the Blue Mts doing little things around the property, have the occasional whinge but just shake the head & get on with fixing it.

Good afternoon,
Deborah the rain held off until late afternoon, we only had light shower then last night we had the works, plenty of thunder, lightning & it continued to rain most of the night.

We certainly were able to bowl, it was sunny with a moderately strong wind that was gusting on & off, I did win the semi final after a slow start Karen had me down 10-1, I managed to catch up in a few ends & the rest is history beat her 25-14, so Dot I play in the final next Thursday, weather permitting.

Today is 20c, sunshine & plenty of rain filled clouds floating about the blue sky, strong winds are predicted late this afternoon.

We are missing our g’sons, they are having an amazing holiday, they landed in Tokyo & flew straight on to Fukuoka, where they stayed a week, caught the train to Hiroshima & are now touring around the area further north.

Sending get well wishes to everyone with health issues, growing old is a pain sometimes but definitely better than the alternative

I believe you have selectively edited what I said Ray ;) This is what I posted:
solar on the roof and no one can put the price up to refill the tank on an EV at home eh
They haven't figured out how to tax the sun yet, so at the time I posted that, I believe I was correct .... who knows what the future holds ;) We may be using solar energy to crack water into oxygen and hydrogen to counter the sea level rise, if the warnings about a 3* global temp rise are correct .......
