It's a bit like the signs on the highway that say "police enforcing speed" The whole idea of decriminalising drug use taken way too far ..... but it does counteract the "Drowsy Drivers Die" campaign .... but the next line could be "take a break, snort a line and continue on your way"

Poor David was trapped here for 2 days helping me with an install, so he didn't even get to relax for the last part. Then Margaret poured half a bottle of Dumbliner into him while sitting on our front porch eating nibbles and talking nonsense http://www.google.com.au/shopping/produ ... lsrc:aw.ds I'm guessing he was just a little worse for wear the next night
