We had 2.65 Kw added to our system today, that makes 5.65 Kw. all done legal like by sparky. We get 52 cents per KWH FIT so we will be doing much as T1 is doing on his next job, isolating what we have now so it all goes to the grid and putting in a seperate system to run the house, as soon as the farm is sold.
Probably 5-6Kw of solar and 1000 Ah of Liths at 24 volts, that will see us through days of this bloody dreary weather we have at the moment. Our current usage is about 13 KWH so we will have plenty in reserve.

I have been out in the bus still with my PJ's on and getting leg exercises from pumping the clutch pedal as Gman is replacing the master cly & changing the brake fluid.

Dot, why are you pumping the clutch pedal if George is changing the brake fluid?

I have no idea George  I just do what I am told to do.. The service book said what oil to use when changing the master cly and bleeding the air out of the system?? Maybe I wrote it wrong in the first place  Better check up hadn't I? (female)

George must be taking advantage of Dottles not being able to tell him what should be done and how to do it. He can get on with the job and sit Dottles in the drivers seat having to follow his direction with no back - chat.... make the most of it George

Today Gman is getting more red dust out of the bus = vacuumed everywhere and soap and water wash down of ceiling, walls, draws etc so we can put everything back in there. The clutch is done, all air bubbles out of the line and new oil in line. :D BTW Terry, I did have to tell Gman to put a clamp on the tube to stop air from getting back into the line. It is just like when you put a chest drain in for a punctured lung..
