Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Went over the Black Spur the other day coming home.

The bus drove brilliantly.

Good morning everyone. Happy bacon and egg day. It was a bit of both Bob. Seems to be the usual pattern at the mo. Go to bed, go to sleep, wake up around midnight, stay awake for a cuppla hours then go back to sleep. It's pretty rare to get a constant sleep through the night now. Bloody annoying really. Have a top day everybody, its a lovely sunny day here at Mulwala. How far did you get today George? Safe travels everybody.
Cheers

"tanks" here---Same with me on the sleep problem.
My GP has just started me on a nerve pain capsule "LYRICA" to help with the sleep problem.
This may help you so check it out with your GP

Morning all.

Dave, it's a Nextbase brand. 312GW. Had it for a few years now and it's not available. Has been very reliable in terms of, autostart, recording and recycling.

The better one to get is a 622GW. Better definition.

I found Lyrica the ducks guts for sciatica. Can take a while though.
Hope it works for you.

Good morning 18c, overcast with the sun trying hard to shine, we did have downpour around 10am, appears to be clearing at the mo but certainly weird weather.

Bernie, did you get your bacon & eggs or are they owing? enjoy your time away & travel safely.

David, I have exactly same sleep problem woke up 2am last night still awake 4.20am, some nights I don't go to sleep till 3/4am.
Enjoy your travels too.

Absolutely brilliant sunshine now, wind from the west must be blowing the rain out to sea.
