Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

"tanks" here---
The good news today is that I am now discharged from hospital after my two-week stay.

I have decided to cease all the Endone and that family of opioids, even the Osteo Paracetamol and get my blocked-up bowel back to working state.
I have just completed the second week of taking Bactrim (and I have a repeat script for next week) for the lung infection, and I'm waiting now for the infection to clear before the CT Chest scan of my lungs and hear, sometime next week at Emerald Hospital.
The Bactrim does contribute a bit to the bowel blockage, but I have to live with that.

Isn't life great!! It's so relaxing to be back home.
I do miss the "old ladies" - - - one sitting at my feet, and the little one sitting on my lap.
Keith

Tanks I copied this onto your post "TANKS NOTICE" as well. Dot :D
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

Good morning everyone. We have travelled up the Hume hwy and through the tunnel and are currently in a roadside rest area near Karuah. Today we will head to Coffs Harbour and maybe spend a day or two there.
Safe travels everybody. Have a top day.
Cheers
David

Wow, would never have guessed you were 40 Helen, you hide your age well ;)

Enjoy the rest of your trip home David and Terrie, we still haven't been through that new tunnel yet, one day we might actually get to travel that far

Good to hear you are back home Tanks, the girls had the best last days that any dog could hope for, sad to be home and the girls no longer with you, but they would have loved the time they got to spend with you.
We both hope Mrs Bob is doing well, sorry can't remember my name half the time so please accept my apologises for forgetting your name.

We had our first drive up the escape road behind the house today, a convoy of all the locals to make sure we could all get out, the taxi Prius did it easy, the only one not to spin the wheels anywhere up the track ... but probably because the traction control doesn't allow it more than my good driving  Not that much longer trip to get to the workshop so if worst comes to worst, all will be good as far as that bit goes .... now I need to mow and clear the patch up behind the house so we can park up there if the road floods .... we actually own that part, but never used it for anything .... the last thing I need is more lawn to mow  I guess I'll have to take the mower up in the back of the car, no hope of dragging it up there from the back patio .... might have to build a path and steps as well :o no free time to work on my projects for a while yet it seems .....not happy Jane .....

T1,
Have you thought of using a star picket up the top with a long rope-&-pulley system? 🤔😀
