Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

try a listen to youtube The Lancer Band to pass a bit of time. This is the army band of the New South Wales Lancers of the Australian Army and the vocals are worth listening to.
Much better than Judge John Deed.

Keith, are they stationed at Parramatta?
I had two cousins [both passed] who were in that band 50 odd year ago.

Good morning everyone. Another hot one coming up. We went out to brekky, just to be different, today. We had that overnight storm blow through about 2.30 this morn. Couple of mm in the gauge. Going for a swim, then will be off to the flicks this arvo, so that will be a cool way to spend the day.
Stay safe and dry everybody.
Cheers

The water level at the edge of the road in front of the house is now so far over the jetty it's getting hard to tell just how deep it is ..... Margaret suggested when we can't see the road we should start marking depth levels up next doors letterbox pole
After coping a text message tongue lashing from next door about moving her pontoon, she can organise what to do about the rope adjustments, one of the trees it's tied to is now under water at the base and I have no plans to get wet attempting to sort that problem for her ......
The water is already at the edge of the road where Long Gully empties into the river and the long gully side of the road is now a lake all of it's own, so it won't be long before that section become impassable and we will be access the back road via the back of the house block ...... still haven't slashed or mowed the parking spot, or built a path/steps up there .... thankfully tomorrow will be another day ......and if it isn't, I didn't waste energy sorting a problem that won't exist

Morning all. Terry put a zip line in , easier to get up the hill than going down. Looks like you may need it sooner than later. Seems nasty Neighbours are everywhere. Brian going to the vets for his worming tab, and I'll pay his yearly insurance while there, Have a good safe day everyone Oh Registered letter off to the shonky roof man today, sick of mongrels ripping people off.
