Morning Kay , Bob , so far not a good morning here looks like I may have torn a cartilage in my left knee ??? bugga of a thing with a trip to Sydney coming up . So I will wait till the suns up and spend some time in the spa to see if that works , I may just have a sore knee ?

That's no good Bernie, hope it is just a sore knee. I had a knee reconstruction a couple of years ago and it took me a few months to get over that, luckily didn't need a new knee and have been building up my exercise and running. Now riding my bike daily and not using the electric motor until I'm buggered, run every morning and work out each night. Mind you nothing like back when young and have slowed down quite a bit to the stage where I have to push myself some times to get off my bum and do it. Luckily the dogs keep me on my toes and go frantic if they don't get their early morning run with me, I notice at this age, if i don't keep it up, I go down him quickly.

Oops typo definitely and should read my posts before and after posting. just old age slackness maybe, didn't have any schooling after 8 any very much before.

If i ran down hill at my place, I'd never be able to run back up again, it is very steep and have to walk up the hill from my paddocks. I run round the top part of my place and ride my bike round as well, use the electric motor for coming back up the hills on the bike. Walk up the hill when have been down the paddocks on foot.

Still at home waiting for news on mates funeral , they are still waiting on autopsy results .

So we are off to Maryborough to do our monthly shopping today .
