I've had the opposite in dealings with Webasto and Dometic/Eberspacher, Webasto couldn't do enough whereas even getting Dometic to reply to queries was nigh on impossible.

Made up a low frequency mount using silicone tubing then covered the lot with a couple of layers of fridgepipe insulation
