Re: Led light bar

I have a 42inch 240w light bar on the bus, cost $132, works extremely well and sits on the bull bar. Lights up the road for a long way and also the sides which means any animals that may be around, they can be seen sooner. I do hate driving at night now, but the light bar makes it so much easier in the bush. Got a switch for it with a pilot light, in fact I have pilot lights for just about everything in the bus, currently they are all red, but have ordered more different colours so can distinguish between what they are for.

My Bedford came with heaps of switches but almost none worked, so have been slowly using them up for different things I’ve installed. Use the old flashing school light switch for the exhaust brake and switches for rear fuel refill pump, rear camera and one for the veggie oil pump switch. Have the bus house lights on two circuits so there are pilot switches for them as well, when finished, it should look rather cute with all the coloured lights around the driver.
