Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Beautiful T1!
A Christmas miracle!
Getting a stage full of primary school children to stand still and not pick their nose!
The fact they are all autistic, including the 10 yr old girl out front, that they all could find the strength to stand up there in front of an audience and perform so well ...... it returns a bit of the feeling that all is not lost, there are people out there that care enough to work miracles with these kids ......

Tanks you are sounding really good at the moment. Hope those meals give you a decent feed and some variety. Nothing can beat the friendly service that you get in the bush.
Terry, they look like a bunch of special needs kids and that was amazing. Great teaching pays out.
Ncle George, It might pay to visit a few tile shops in person. I know that amber tiles often have bits and pieces "out the back" but would probably only help if you were there in person. The other tile place that could be of use is in the back of Charmhaven industrial estate, I can't remember their name, but they have always had some extras out the back. Possibly look for Charmhaven tiles or something as inventive as that. They also have an office supply company at the back too, selling used office furniture. Sometimes an interesting wander. Hope you find your slate tiles and let us know how you have fared. I too need four dark slate tiles to fill in a hole near the lift, if you beat me to them. lots of luck to you. First dressed...
We had a slowish run up to Uralla today. The usual bug bear of roadworks, but they were covering very long stretches of road. Anyway we got here safely and all in one piece, so that's a bonus. We will have two nights here to recoup our energy and then it will be back to the grindstone.
Morning all.
My new bore pump arrived yesterday and I have started removing the bricks on the "wishing well" and today two of my neighbours are coming over to help with the removal of the pump....it's down about 80+ feet. Carol and I could and have removed it by ourselves...but she's not up to the task at the moment...back and old knee...
So that's what's happening today... plus there is a different fitting on the top of the new pump... trip to Biggenden to get new fittings me thinks...
Carol had a win at bingo .
Keep safe.
Bernie.

I tried all tile shops around here. Amber was the 1st. I am off to Riverstone today where there is a good chance I will get a few that will suit.
These are what I'm after.

Congratulations Bernie and Carol, and hoping all goes well for Pheonix with his vet visit.
Yesterday I finished shifting the small awning to over the driver's side window, now it's not the wind coming the driver's window that has Margaret stealing my seat, it's the warm sun in the morning that comes in my side window ..... that one might be a bit harder to sort out
With a bit of luck, I'll get back into doing the rewire for the new battery pack and get the Full River door stops out so I can install the new inverter .....
