Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning.
Thanks Bruce... for those that don't know... that BHP thingy attacked the forum again yesterday...
We just...well half a hour ago...had a house 🏠 parked in front of our house... one of the new residents is having a home put on the property...
Didn't get up to much yesterday... fiddled around in the shed...
This morning we are going to the Marter hospital in Bundaberg...we have paper work for them... plus a chance to go to a big Bunnings 😁 and maybe a meal at the Chinese restaurant...
Dave your doing what I never want to do 👿
Keep safe.

Good morning everyone. The weather turned English sometime yesty morn. But by 10pm I saw a few convertible driving with the top down.
Bernie, you probably never want to see 'the Devil wears Prada' as a stage show either. Me neither, but I can tick that box now. I'm taking myself to the Imperial War Museum today.
Our tour group is off to Stonehenge and Bath today. We went there years ago. Can't get near the rock pile anymore.
Happy hump day. Safe travels everybody.
Cheers

Good morning.
Aren't "Prada's" made by Toyota... Dave 😜😜.
Busy day was had..we got to the Marta hospital... gave the paperwork to them... we done this because of the closeness of Carol's knee surgery... just to make sure they have it...
Then had a stickybeak at the good guys seems we need a new stove...then to Bunnings...more plants now to plant...then to Harvey Norman... looking at stoves...
And for a change... they were several hundred dollars less than the good guys for the same stove...so with delivery fees including we still came out less than good guys...we will be receiving the new stove today...
By then it was lunch time...so we had Chinese 😁
That house that came past yesterday is already together and up on temporary stands...
Keep safe everyone.
Bernie.

Morning all this year has been one medical issue after another, with the hip and knee problem finished I have had both eyes done for cataracts and what an amazing result. Long distance is great and even my short distance vision has improved where I can read articles on my eye pad without glasses.

Has and members in SA had theirs done and how did you go for changing your licence? Cheers

I only need prescription glasses for my heavy vehicle licence, but the same licence covers car, motorbike and heavy vehicle, so I have to wear the glasses when I drive. Mine is partly because I had one eye for distance and the other for reading, and you need that near perfect vision in both eyes for the heavy vehicle licence.

Good morning everyone. Its a bit overcast and dreary here this morning, but that only matters if you're out walking.
We went over to have a look at Windsor Castle yesty. What an amazing sight that place is. There was light misty rain falling most of the time we were there, so most of my pics aren't real flash. You aren't allowed to take photos inside. I'll bet someone wasn't real happy when they built Heathrow airport. It's right under the flight path. They have done an amazing job of rebuilding everything that was destroyed after the big fire in 1992.
When we got back we had a bit of a tour around the sights of London. After that we went to see Phantom of the Opera. That show is still playing to full houses.
I haven't watched the unicycle video Bernie. What have I missed?
Today we are heading of to Oxford for a look and will be in York, sometime later today.
Safe travels everybody.
Cheers
