Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning.
It's the one thing she misses in the motorhome Dot...it doesn't have one🤬...she does use the oven a lot
Apart from demolition of the kitchen... not much else happened...I did put the motorhome back in shed...
Plus the normal gardening that we do... veggies are starting to hit the kitchen 😁...

Morning all.

since everyone asked.
Bottom done. New mains, big ends, rings, liners. just tidying up a few loose ends.

Went to the head man yesterday. After strip down, we decided to fit new valves, guides, seals and springs. Ordered and will have then on Tues. Kings holiday on Monday. Goal is to have it either in a week or 1st of July. It's done a few miles.

Funny, that's the thing we don't use in our motorhome, the oven. We do use the grill, but the air fryer does all our cooking needs.

So, we have a choice of 3 stove top/grill/ovens for motorhomes if you get the urge to remodel the kitchen in the motorhome Bernie ..... One is brand new, never been used ....

We cook with gas in the motorhome Terry... same in our house...gas..we just had our neighbour over to help me carry out one of the benches...he has a convection stove and oven...but he has instant gas hot water...he gets 9 months out of a 60 kg gas bottle...we get the same out of one 9 kg gas bottle and all our cooking is with gas.
Our hot water is electric.
Horse's for horses.
Unfortunately the kitchen in the motorhome is not set up for change... without pulling the whole lot out and starting again..it's a professional kitchen... not a homemade one.

Good morning everyone. We are now in York. Left London around 9am and headed off to Oxford. Did a museum tour then wandered about the village that surrounds the halls of learning. Couldn't get into the church, there was a wedding on. Two old London buses were the wedding cars.
We then hit the highway and made our way up to York in Friday arvo traffic. Today we will checkout the Walled City and hopefully the rail museum.
T1, I think you asked me about your rellos in York. There is no longer anything like a phone book apparently, but the hotel receptionist thought maybe the electoral rolls may help.
Safe travels everbody, have a top day. Dunno where will finish up tonight yet.
Cheers
David

Bernie,
1. The apostrophe is unnecessary. It’s a plural.
2. The aphorism is “Horses for courses.”

This information is brought to you by your friendly local sub-editor. 😁

BTW, the apostrophe in “It’s” is correct, as it is a contraction of “It is”. In a typical twist of the English language, the possessive version is “Its” — without the apostrophe! 🤪
Just thought you should know… 😜
Regards & God bless,
Ray
