Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning everyone. Plenty of sunshine over here T1. The sun is out as we speak.
I saw a quote from Billy Connoly yesty, it stated 'there are two seasons in Scotland, June and winter'.
It's still June and the sun is out. I've even seen a few places with solar panels on them. We are in Glasgow today. Not sure what to expect. Safe travels everybody.
Cheers

A frosty good morning.
Yesterday morning was the biggest frost we have had since moving to Degilbo...brrr... the whole suburb looked like it snowed ❄️❄️❄️.
Spent yesterday slowly packing the motorhome... seems to be a lot for just two nights 😁... but I load what I'm told
I done the domino's with the motorhome and Ute, one in one out... when the shed started to defrost it was like it was raining inside...
I don't know if I will have internet at TeeBar... sometimes you do sometimes not... depending on where they let us camp.
Our son is off to Brisbane this morning for appointment with the doctors... regarding blood clot... fingers crossed
I have also found a bracket for the sway bar... down Brissy way... hopefully son and or his lady can pick it up for me.
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Good morning everyone in Oz. It's getting on to 10.30pm here now, and we are watching the Blues Brothers on the tv. Surprisingly there are quite a number of solar panels installed on buildings in Glasgow. At the moment the sun is up at 4.30 and sets around 10pm. Apparently average of 5 sun hour days through the year. Not as many EV's here as London, yet. We had a pretty good day looking at cathedrals, universities and stuff, then just Terrie and myself waked down to the Transport Museum of Glasgow. I don't have enough superlatives for it. If you are ever in Glasgow look it up.
Tomorrow we finish up in Liverpool, only plan so far is to go to the Cavern tomorrow night.
Take care on the roads, all those out and about.
I'm hoping all goes well for your son, Bernie.
Cheers

I thought it got cold in Mannum, Horsham near rivals Taggerty on the cold rating.
Hoping to be back on the road in the next hr or so, but the 'puter says it's 1:45, or 13:45 Ray time, but the phone says it's 2:15, or 14:15 Ray time ...... I want to believe the 'puter, but I think the phone might be closer to the correct time .....
I doubt I'll get a chance to figure out the LPG problem until after we reach Wollongong, so the wallet will continue to empty at an alarming rate, over $160 more per tank full for petrol compared to LPG and dragging the trailer and the MG4 can't be improving the duel economy any ...... Did see the first service stns where diesel was a few cents cheaper than petrol, haven't seen that for a very long time, but seeing LPG @ 99c/ltr almost made me cry ..... but that might have been the pain of the credit card doing backflips and rolling over in the wallet ;)

Hope it'd good news for your son, Bernie

Good morning everyone. Its another pack up and move day for us.
Off to Liverpool via the Lakes district. Might be some more good scenery, or not. Depends on the weather. It was supposedly raining down that way yesty.
Jon, I haven't seen any Beddies in the bus park for many years. You might have more chance looking in some farmers yard in Aust.
Safe travels everybody.

Slightly late for a morning report, but here goes anyway.
Heavy fog yesterday and this morning. By 1000h it was even heavier! 😲
When it finally lifted at 1130 today we have a sunny (if still chilly) day.
Spent the morning helping our neighbour realign a shed door I noticed he was having trouble closing yesterday.
I nearly needed body-worn fog lights to find my way!!
Our gardener arrived just as I was finishing up, so gave him a hand… or was it the other way around? 🤔
Anyway, among other small tasks, WE cut some steps into a steep dirt bank to help SWMBO with access to the golf course/town common for walkies with the girls. 🦮
Then time for lunch followed by a SCAN. 😁🛏️
SWMBO was mightily pleased when she returned from volunteer duty at the Op Shop. 😊👍
Brownie Points: +1😉
Regards & God bless,
Ray

Good morning, 15c maximum 17c, SSW wind, playing in the semi final of the mixed pairs this arvo :D never played in it before, thankful that the 100% rain prediction has been downgraded to shower or two 2mm.

Interesting following your holiday David, enjoy.

Bernie agree those over crowded events have never appealed to us, went to the camel races years ago at Boulia with a group of CMCA members from the old forum, enjoyed ourselves but unfortunately the camel races were cancelled for the first time ever, to much rain & track unsafe.
Not good news re your son Bernie, wishing him a resolution to the problem soon.

Update: the opposition was to good we went down 24-14, we were ahead 12-3, they managed a couple of 1s then a 5, caught up & beat us, better luck next year. :D

Good morning everyone, from downtown Liverpool. Our hotel is only 200 metres from the water and the Beatles statue. We all had a great night dancing at the Cavern club last night. One of the girls in our group turned 40 yesty, she had a great day. Oh, to be that young again and have the energy the young ones do.
In just a few hours we will be on a ferry to Ireland, at least that's the plan. I think there might be a few sore heads though. They can sleep on the boat.
The first pic is obvious, the second one is in the Cavern club, about 4 flights down stairs. It was jam packed while the music was playing.
Have a top day everybody, safe travels.
