Terry, when you get around to changing that unit, get rid of the female JG fitting. Get a plastic socket and male fitting. I think the hammer store sells JG stuff now.
On a separate note, I saw an induction tester for coils packs pop up on a farcebook reel today.
Have you put a scan tool on the system to see if it can shed any light on the miss and power loss?
Good morning daily

Good morning.
If you haven't already read the project thread...I had to go to Bundy to get my part's...
We had a shower or two yesterday... nothing to write home about

Sanding on today's job...
I'll put a picture of my power saw... with mod's

Keep safe.
Bernie. Dave... update on our son..he presented himself to the PC hospital in Brisbane... they took him in and done all the tests the last two hospital's done... same verdict, they sent him home to get a referral from his specialist and the PC hospital will then take him in... methinks they don't want to tread on toes....it's just bloody paperwork...
The trouble is they are playing with our Son's life

Re: Good morning daily
Morning all, off to the airport shortly to fly back to Adelaide for needles in the eyes, they are so exciting I couldn't miss those just 'cause I'm in the Illawarra
Fly back here in the evening, get to the airport around 19:40 Ray time, then negotiate the train system to get back to the Illawarra .....
Apparently, it's a toss up between a taxi and the train to get from the airport to Wolli Creek stn to join the Illawarra line to get home, $20 for a 5 min train ride, then another $30 for 1.5 hr train ride to the closest stn to where the Winnie is ..... so, not just the parking is crazy expensive at Syd airport ....
The 7 hr car rental in Adelaide is only $37, I could hire a car for the day to drive from here to the airport and back again for $30, but the parking would be $150
so, the train it is .....

Morning all.
Could be that they need to referral to take him as a public 'non emergency' patient. He should be able to ask the cardio for a referral over the phone.they sent him home to get a referral from his specialist and the PC hospital will then take him in... methinks they don't want to tread on toes....it's just bloody paperwork...

Re: Good morning daily
Good morning everyone, again. Looks like I vapourised my earlier post. It's a nice sunny day here today. We've just got back from dropping the Alpine at the repairers. New awning going on today.
Bernie, I just they can sort your son out before things get out of hand. Tell him to go in an ambulance next time. Then they have to admit him. I can't believe the health system still stuff about with people's lives so much. Your kitchen looks good, but your saw needs the blade taking off then chuck it in the bin. But you already know that.
Safe travels everybody.

Morning everyone.
Yesterday was made up of what I done in the new project thread
.
We thankfully haven't got that weather that the southern states are getting..
I'm not making plans for today yet... Carol's not up

Spoke to our son... looks like it will be about a month before he can get into the P C hospital... He sent me a video of his heart... you can see the blood clots...
It's time I made myself brekkie..
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Re: Good morning daily
Good morning 12c this AM, maximum 18c today, sun shinning , we still have the NW winds ripping in across the lake, westerly winds are always freezing, fortunately we haven’t had the severe weather being experienced further south.
Unbelievable Bernie that your son has to wait a month for treatment & he’s already had the problem for a month plus, worrying time for you all.
I didn’t bowl yesterday, it was a 1pm start, it had already rained during the morning & the westerly wind was very cold, my thought was I don’t need to play social bowls in this weather.

Re: Good morning daily
Reading the posts after this one, it appears Qld Health doesn't actually work .....
The referral is so they can call it elective surgery, even being transported there by ambulance, unless the "victim" is in full cardiac arrest .... it isn't seen as an emergency ....
About all he can hope for is a cancellation that moves him up to the next available and he has around 12 hrs to be at the admissions counter ...... that is how it went for my double hernia, I still had 2 yrs to go on the list and received a phone call, after lunch time a day before ..... and we were parked up where we are now, in the Wollongong area .... so, a flat strap drive back home and on ward at 7:30 the following morning ..... I virtually didn't need any anaesthetic; I was asleep virtually the minute I laid down
