Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning everyone. Another copy and paste day for us by the looks of it, so far anyway.
We are home now and the MiL is happy to be back here. Her son has spent the past week telling her that she has to sell the house at Mulwala so she can buy into the aged care facility. She is very upset. A life of memories there.
Nothing much else to report., but I am hoping for a progress report on our Winny today.
Safe travels all those out and about.
Cheers
David

Good morning.
I spent the day burning off the chips/scrap bits of timber that comes from splitter... slow but steady.. and I had a bucket of water incase of the fire getting away...I ended up taking the hose there.. just to make sure 😃..
This morning I'm going to get more timber 🪵 from the neighbour that most of the timber came from..
So a busy morning coming up 😁🤔
Herself had a win at bingo... and caught up on all the gossip..
The neighbour over my right hand corner has put his house on the market...he paid $175k for it about six years ago... asking $390k... prices have gone crazy up here..
Over cast sky and maybe rain at some point today.
37 yesterday aircon on by midday... already muggy..
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Morning all,

There you you Terry. Move to Delgilbo. Bernie can help fix the winnie and vice-versa.

On a sad note, we took Mr P to the vet yesterday. His time had come. What a special friend.

Good morning 28c, beautiful serene looking lake only a breeze from N/W, 29c maximum, I’m thinking it will probably get warmer than 29c. :D

Sad news Jon, I’m sure your special mate will be missed by all the family.

Bruce had his eye injection yesterday, he has almost no vision in the right eye, the macular is destroyed, specialist told us injections hopefully will retain the vision it has which will help with him walking around & having them she can keep a good check on his left eye.

I could never understand why Gov subsidises hearing but very little for eye sight.
To me both are very important & maybe eyes are more so.

They cover the cost of the eye test and the technician that determines the corrective lenses required. You can ask for that lense prescription and shop anywhere, including the place where spec savers get the glasses made for a few $$
