Well I learnt something yesterday cost me $$$$$ . My inverter smoked thought it was a problem from before . The other day I ran the air con after I put the extra panels on the roof and it beeped out at me . Then yesterday as della was doing the washing it smoked . I rang terry after some info as I was going into Caloundra to buy a new one. Well last night I was reading a few posts on here and one was on an inverter going south because they were running a batterie charger with the inverter . Shit it hit me I turned on the charger when I had the panels disconnected and forgot to turn it of . Proving batterie chargers and inverters don't mix .
I have ordered another one on eBay from a link from terry it's got a charger in it so I won't make the same mistake again . I bit the bullet well the whole box and told della she wasn't impressed but hey I'm honest hahahahaha. She just said make sure ya don't do it again or she will be my 4 th divorce hahahaha.
So I now have a 15 amp charger for sale .
