Where is this....

Is it near a lake that sort of looks like a skinny rodeo horse with rider wearing a broad brimmed hat, the lake name is the same as a well known member of this forums name, am I close? The area is well known for its carriage driving events, one of those bucket list things is to be there for a combined event.

Ahhh... so that rules out Warwick then... but have Google map view of the area and see if you can see the rodeo horse and rider anyway

Would it be Lowood just of the ( Darren ) Lockyer highway.

Just had a look at Google earth We live NE of Lowood at Albany Ck. I am making a guess here and say Samford its the only large centre between Lowood and Brisbane. I know Goombungee has one as we have relatives near by however that is in the wrong direction. So I say Samford.

Peter you need to come north up the highway as still NE from Samford- think major highway.

Ok the highway has to be The Bruce Highway. There is a heritage museum at Caboolture so I will guess Caboolture.

Now on correct highway but still need to drive about 150k nth (approx.)
