I will put you all out of your misery, it is the old fire station at Albion Park Rail. It backs on to the airport, fronts on to a 4 lane hwy and the railway is the next block the other side of the hwy, protected by shops so the rail noise was blocked.
The story that goes with it, we attended the auction there today, hoping to buy it so we could move big bus and all the associated stuff over there ready to start work on it later this yr..... but it didn't happen. the place next door to the fire station is an indoor electric go kart track and they wanted the place right or wrong. We pulled out at $310,000, it sold for $400,000, about $110,000 more than it was really worth, so we are a little disappointed, but as it went that high we knew there was no "if we had just stretched it a little further" issues

OK,
Here's a prime piece of real estate... a great 'doer upper' for someone.
It's off the main road, so you won't have noisy trucks to cope with...
However, if you've stayed in the town's Free Camp, you'll have driven past it.
But where is it?
HINT: it's usually warm in town - even in winter. So it's North of Port Macquarie's latitude.
(That doesn't necessarily mean it's in NSW, though. Just chose Pt M as an example...)
Go for it, folks!
