It has smaller scales than a carp. Forked tail. No teeth at all. Very distinct silver in scales and head.
Sorry the photo isn't too clear & it's too late to take another shot ..... it might be in Brian,s belly by now!!
If no-one can help I might send the photo to the Fisheries & the museum.
Last time I caught a strange fish only the museum could help me.
