The butcher we used to use has now moved to Pt.Vernon in Hervey Bay . and the new butcher we are now using we're not overly happy with...we only buy rib fillet.
Our son and his partner have been buying from farmers out Kingaroy.. the first time they bought half a cow 🐮
Just recently they bought from a different seller and only bought a hind quarter... and not as good as the first...
Horse's for horses...or in this case cow 😁
We still buy lamb chops from Coles...
There is now a new butcher in Biggenden... haven't been in his shop to date..

I met a bloke from Australia who worked in I.T.
I asked him "Do you come from a LAN down under?"
