Any MSM users here ?

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

I've been holding off replies for obvious reasons William.............

So far I'm very pleased with the crystals.
I used it religiously for the 1st week or so then went away for the weekend and forgot to take some with me.
Anne's asked me if it's working...........dunno, I think so, the knees do feel a bit more stable but no change in back pain that I've noticed yet. I told Anne she will probably notice any difference before I do just by watching my walking, bending and general movements. We'll see how that pans out.
I'm back now to taking a full spoon, about 7mg, twice/day so another coupla weeks should show some effect.

Is it physiological ?
Personally I don't really give a rodents rectum people.
If it makes me 'think/feel' my knees aren't sore, nuh, I don't really give a damn.

If anyone else is contemplating MSM, do it or forget it, let's not get stuck into some that are trying it out 8-)

Still happy with your results overall William ?

Yes. As I said, stopped the cream on the knee (bit like you)(forgot) and pain came back.
Overall I do think I feel better, my hair is amazing, feels so smooth, no arthritis pain in hands and energy levels are up a bit.
Works way better when there is no booze in the system I have found so that may be a consideration if you like a beer or three.
Contract goes unconditional in 2 weeks so probably a bit of decent bubbly in the meantime will shoot down the good effects.
I take 2 heaped teaspoons a day in water (morning and night 1 teaspoon each which is about 7 grams per spoon)
Plus I use the cream on the knee (when I remember) which is usually once a day.

Will keep taking it, the warnings are all about don't expect instant miracles so I am pretty pleased with effects so far.

I suggest you keep taking it religiously for several weeks, use the cream on the knees, then stop both. That will tell you soon enough if you are achieving anything. Then we can let the knockers "enjoy" their pain !

Unfortunately Health Food Shops aren't what they used to be.
Mum used to do a lot of shopping at our local one in Sydney Rd Coburg back in the days...............but I digress.....

Yes Vik, that's the one I bought, just order online, it's safe and secure.
Remember there is a $9.50 delivery fee on top of that buy price.

I hope it helps you. ;)

I reckon if stuff no matter what works for you then go for it unless it is a proven potential risk to your health.

Would recommend the distilled, they say some of the powders have fillers, and would also buy the cream if you have a problem with one area that you can easily apply it to e.g. knees.
We know mismo is the real McCoy so that is where I would buy.
