I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

My trip to the specialist was a bit of an eye opener. Apparently, burning the nerves will only help if the only trigger point is at the joint itself, if it is further in or caused by what ever triggers migraines, the pain will still be there... hmm...... Then he talked about some stimulator and electrode jigger that is implanted and sends neutralising signals through the nerve, this will render the nerve neutral along its length so there would be no pain response. The gismo ain't cheap but the battery is supposed to last 10 yrs. So I did a bit of searching on the net and it appears you need to keep adjusting the thing to suit what's happening at the moment... grrr...
Then I found this piece http://www.news.com.au/lifestyle/health ... 6684562243 still at the trial stage and only at the lower back level at the moment but it sure looks promising, so we shall see just what the future holds.

I remember Tassie Mark telling me his knee before the op hurt like buggery  .... then he said he'd not actually experienced what that would hurt like but he put it at around a 13 on the 1 to 10 scale  So if that is the pain in the arse you are refering to Dottie, I'll stick with the headaches and just have the knee as the reason for walking funny ;)
The specialist also gave me another drug to try, well a script for it, but you know what I mean. Apparently they also use them as anti depression pills so even if they don't fix the problem I can still smile about it :D
I have such a collection "try these" drugs I'll be able to start my own pharmacy soon, not at rattling stage when I sneeze yet though

If you start rattling from the pills Terry, you could blame piston slap or worn rings. Worn rings might be Chuck's issue

I'd say he needs his head shaved and rebored.

Getting a bit worried about you Dottie, first a pain in the anal sphincter and now talk of a rebore :o ....... as for shaving the head and removing my senior blonde locks... I just been to the barbers on Wednesday. Isn't that getting expensive these days, I asked them how much for a hair cut and they told me $23, shitte, how much to cut all of them, but they gave me a senior bulk rate and shortened all of them ( on my head Dottie, I can hear the gears grinding from here) for $20

When G has to get some hairs cut off I ask for a cut and polish, that costs $15
