Today was a visit the quacks and get our flu shots. All good.

A bit pissed tho. I had a call from the glasses place to let me know they have sorted out my horrible glasses issue and to come in on Wednesday to make my selection again. So we cruised in and the other lady was at the counter with a sneaky snarl "oh Karen isn't in today. She talked to the manufacturers and I dont know what was decided, so come back tomorrow" The call from Karen said that if she wasn't in, she would fill in the other lady and she could help. It is an imposition to keep visitting their storelo 20 minutes away, looks like it is closer to spec savers than they know it. I think a short call to the owner of the business may be something that I will consider. This is the second time that the snake has caused us to be very unhappy with so called results from phone calls to manufacturere. She is obviously safe in her job, or feels that way, but doesn't understand that you can't cross an old fart...we have the time and inclination to keep them on thier toes.

Seems these people just get the $$ then seem to disappear into thin air when you want them. I'm having the same crap with Kogan right now but they don't talk on the phone they send stupid emails so after a total of around 28 emails I have had enough and Consumer was contacted so will start the ball rolling with an email to Kogan and then we shall see. Have had some good rain today and the grass is loving it. Deborah I like that experiment with that green glass. Time to say goodnight everyone x Goodnight Peter & Sandra x

Good luck with Kogan Dot. Bloody yank companies are very happy to take our money and then offer no support when you need it. Glad you like my grass experiment too. It sort of grows on ya. xxxx

I had better luck with my glasses. Turns out that the Karen who I spoke to, is the manager for the whole chain, She was most interested to hear my story. She will happily report all this back to the boss, but not until my glasses are back in my possession.

I seem to have had a busy day, with kiln going at all hours, so it's back to bed for me

Today I didn't get dressed at all, PJ's all day Off to the hairdresser tomorrow morning 9am to be exact, middle of the night to me. Watched the supercars tonight night race in Perth and rather enjoyed it apart from the F win. Goodnight everyone x Goodnight toolman x

I had a shed day in the rain. Lovely it was. I have to re-fire a plate that cracked in it's last fire, so it has to have a very slow firing. So I decided to have another go at a similar plate to add to the slow burn up. It took all day to cut all the pieces of the mosaic, but I am very happy with how it looks, tomorrow when it fires will tell me if I am doing it right or not.

I am looking foreward to sleeping with the rain plopping on the roof,

Up at 8am off to hairdresser by 9am both of us got tidied up , out to Buntings boy their plants are so expensive, I left them. Off to Aldi for a few things then home for a nana nap. A couple of loads of washing and that was it for me so watched the super cars again dam F---s Doggie sitting again for 4 days, then we have visitors (3) adults and 2 poodles Brian shall be at his best with 2 of them to scare shatless So right now I am heading for a shower then its off to bed so goodnight everyone x goodnight Craig x

Busy day at the lair. Kiln firing, akldi shopping, back to the shed and trying to cut through 9mm glass with the table saw. Not pretty, very messy job, so will have to try the fancy glass saw soon. Prado is all packed with the business and tomorrow we head off at sparrows , to Hornsby RSL for the mothers day fair. It's usually a long day, so I am off to bed early.
