Hi. Had a nice camp-fire stew and damper ( and probably too many reds ) with the Greynomads and now they have retired to bed with their dogs and Evie has sneaked in to the camp kitchen for dinner and a cuddle before we go home.

George, now you tell me

I know I said yesterday that I did the car and phone link up thing, well turned the car an today and no phone id to be found. So many hours have been spent just doing the reading car manual , several times and realising that it means very little and trying to tell the phone what I wanted it to do. Eventually I asked google to do it, and it sort of guided me to the hows and wheres. Took all bloody day and still there is His Nibs car to do PITA and still not had any shed time. Withdrawal is a bitch...just saying.

Was rather busy yesterday, a man by the name of Noggins turned up around lunch time so we sat and talked for a while , had lunch, talked some more. Out other visitors said they were about 3 hrs away but after 4 hrs they still hadn't turned up so a phone call to see where they were was in order, seems they decided to do a ticky tour so the scones I had just done would not be hot when they did arrive. George & Noggins had to get stuck in to them. The visitors finally turned up and the scones were zapped and so everyone was happy. After a while it was time to start thinking of tea. So the visitors sat down to a Roast Pork with lovely crackling and nothing for me . Then Noggins went to bed, and he had gone in the morning before I awoke. The rest of the mob headed to the city for their appointment and were back around 4pm. Pizza for tea tonight for them Time to say goodnight everyone x Goodnight WayneP x

Today I finally had some shed time.....not for long. The ozito brand fake dremel the kids bought me for Mothers day, gave up the ghost, so not happy Jan. It will be going back to the hammer shop asap.
Just thinking about packing for a weekend escape with our jayco mob to Toowoon Bay (near The Entrance) , plan is to go after lunch tomorrow. So all is well here

This morning saw our last 3 visitors ie Steve aka Ozfueler Lorraine and their daughter Leanne depart just about on time Which is a miracle Lots of laughs and memories were shared and it was great to see them once again. The weather was just perfect for their trip home to Nelson and they got home at 4pm. I even found out that G's phone can be used for the www The things you learn from visitors But right now I am so tired I must say goodnight everyone x Goodnight WendyG x

Had a long half hour drive to Toowoon Bay and made it ok. The surf is right next to us. Very noisy and windy, so at times the van is shaking from the gusts. Hopefully the park will have a lot more jaycos tomorrow and they will protect us from some of the wind. Probably will have to do some shopping tomorrow, just for some snacky things for happy hours.

I chilled out today and yesterday. Been really just what I needed. Visited the beach and wandered around the caravan park and chatted with good friends. Today we played disc bowls and had the honor of being beaten by a pair of new members who have never played the game before. So I guess you can figure out the crap game that we played....never mind . Happy Hour took several hours and we really have had some good times here.

Well what a great day, my footy team won again Go the mighty Bombers. Sorry Wendy the Crows conked out by 1 point. The end of the beautiful weather is about to come to the end in the next couple of days so they say. The election crap was on just about every station so the usual crap was more exciting to watch. Deborah you are very early to bed tonight so you must of had a very happy hr or three. Heading to the block in the next few days to do a weed check before we head off. Also Tuesday is a very busy day, 1/ Court at 0900hrs.2/ Oncologist 1400hrs, 3/ Give someone some bad news, 4/ See our GP 1700hrs on our way home. Then I guess it will be bed time .
