Been a lovely day, sunny and warm, even put a T shirt on for the first time since we left home In June Had to stay here another night, Getting ready to head off when G man got the shivers and felt hot so off to bed he went for the day. Seems a bit better tonight so hoping to head off tomorrow. I heard a rumour there was a thing called a drought.? You should see the water being used here to wash horses, their trucks and anything else you can name and along with the leaking taps everywhere??? Saw a drink/ drug line up yesterday, I asked G to go around the block but to let me drive hoping they would wave me in and have a laugh when they tried to wipe my arm but he wouldn't do it. I thought that would be funny. Anyway goodnight everyone x Goodnight Robert not Bob x

Bruce, I havent seen anything about a croc farm, so I will do a reccy tomorrow. Could be interesting. We visitted a Sunday market today, but it was a bit small. All that I bought was a handful of books. So it was a good sunny Sunday here

Left Parkes earlier this morning HTFFBO can confirm that. Good run to our stop Marsden Rest area ,was here a few yrs ago. Usual rubbish everywhere but this time I reckon the crows are to blame as no bins had any lids on them so we picked up the cleaner pieces Very cold as usual tonight so off to a nice warm bed and goodnight everyone x Goodnight SteveW & Bron x (spill the good beans please) maybe a pic??

Bruce I finally found the croccy info. Their website says it isn't hatching season at the moment and at $30 each for entry, we will give it a miss, this trip. But the info was interesting. We will drive past there tomorrow on our way out of here, but dont think he wishes to stop.

Had a meal out today at the sailing club and it was not one that we really enjoyed, so wont rush back there (not this year anyhow).

We arrived at Gin Gin this afternoon, We are in the showgrounds, but not as good an experience this time. I was given the wrong instructions as to where we needed to park and after we were fully set up, the other caretaker came and asked us to move out of the spot that is left for buses. It was after 4pm and there were plenty of places that any big rig could use, We moved, but dont feel impressed, especially as nothing arrived here after we did, so we didn't stop any bigger anything from stopping. Will move on tomorrow and may think twice about returning here next year.
