We did our bit for the community and shopped for groceries in town. The bakery had lovely fresh (burnt) bread and the iga had some great cheeses. The group had a pizza dinner tonight at a local motel/bottle shop. That was yum and now we are back at the van in sweltering heat.

We are at Killarney beach just west of Warnambool. It has been raining steadily now for an hour or so
Currently 24 deg. and the muggy weather has blown away. Might get a good night's sleep tonight.

It has been pelting down here along with thunder, lightening and over flowing down pipe filters so got a tad wet but nice. No joy at the cop shop "out on patrol" G went down there 4 times between 0930 & 1100hrs (open hours) I finally phoned and it was the cop on patrol Hmmmmm and he said Go to Mt Barker well yes I will go to Mt Barker but to put a complaint in to the Boss cop and also to see both the MPs. That's 2 days in a row now that their office has not been open. Bloody civil servants Tennis nearly done for tonight for me so goodnight everyone x Goodnight Mr mac1 x

Just had another 40 plus day and the heat is still hanging around..by the way, it's hot.

Helped our friend out again today and it is nearly over, tomorrow shall see it all done. More rain today but not as heavy and water tank is overflowing so the garden will be well watered throughout the next few mths of warm weather then we shall be having the tank cleaned.
