Where Are You Now??

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

At least you can see now that you need a bit better mud guard! Will stop stones chipping the paintwork as well.
Like baby poo that Northern dirt when it's wet.
Sometimes a 24 hr rest will harded the mud up surprisingly quickely.
The left rear mud flap is torn in half, the flaps that came on it (ex Japan) are a vinyl and canvas type of material, and have stood up quite well, up to now, but it appears the rocks finally got to it. The funny part about it is the mud was caked lot thicker on the right side of the trailer, whereas there was more on the back, left side of the bus.
The mud washed off surprisingly easy, (hasn't stopped raining long enough to set) wet it down with the hose and washed off, with a little help from the broom.

I have to admit it was a shared endeavor, though with the bus, I had the bucket and broom while Shirley had the hose, had to do as I was told or I was wet as well as cold,  though I couldn't find the right gear for the broom to get me on the roof, probably the fault of the cheap Chinese broom. ;) ;)
PS Shirley sends her regards.

Hi Ros & Ivan,

I've had a day or 2 off to attend to family issues. Stayed overnight Fri night but am back in Kingston SE, SA again now.
I've still got some loose ends to tidy up but might be best if I don't go into detail here!!!

Yes the weather has been a little trying & I can't wait to go North a bit to soak up some sunshine!!

I am at Nyah in Victoria.
They have expanded the sites available quite a bit and now have a dump point.
They have cleared and area on the north and west of the oval for camping.
Bloody cold and overcast so not much charging being done today.
Leave here about Wed and head for Dareton for a day or two and then off to perhaps Burra for a night and then MAY call in and see the kids for a noight each(well two of them anyhow).
Regards
Brian
