Dot, watch out for the black sheeps xxxx
Thanks for that clarification Keith. I didn't realise that it was only NSW. But most of NSW was included in the list for this and as Central Coast is often regarded as part of Sydney, I wasn't expecting to be approved, but we both got it.
Helen, after we do our usual business runs, we are hoping to head for Perth and do a bit of wandering around the countryside. Watch out for the parrot, he will tell tales on you if you get up to any mischief!

Also got the police check thing done i.e a cop signature to say she had seen my ID stuff and then a stamp and that was it. Now awaiting those morons doing the application to return a phone call AGAIN..Going to take U know who? to do an op shop run soon.

Was that part of your parole requirements Dottie? Or are you scared they'll deport you or send you to Manus Island or Christmas Island?Dot wrote: ↑Wed Feb 05, 2020 1:30 am Well today G & I had our usual Dr visit all good, G to see Cardiothoracic surgeon this Friday, I see the oncologist and the ENT surgeon the next week to be given the ok to nick off. Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Dot, even weeties are better than the muck you have been having to force down. Good one mate xxxx
Collected the patrol from having it's humungous bull bar added. Because his nibs had it coloured to match the truck, it doesn't look quite as bad as I was expecting.
We also went via Sallies to donate a few bags of stuff and a bag of books. The guy demanded to know if any of the books had marks on or were damaged. Luckily we had put the newer looking books on top of the bag, my thoughts were "beggars can't be choosers". I look forward to buying more books on our travels and I dont choose a book because it may be marked or creased. It's what the book has inside that matters. So I think my book donations will be going elsewhere in future.

Oh dear, little does HTFFBO know is that Brian tells me everything that Pete tells her
Got our 3 mthly water bill $330 compared to our other bills of no more than $100 for 3 mths, our house is totally on rain water apart from the loos, rang the water people and she agreed the bill is nothing like the prev ones so have read the water met and to do it again in the morning, she said there may be a leak on our property and if so we have to get a plumber in Not at their prices we won't Still waiting for those rejects at immigration, rang x 2 and as expected "leave your name and number and we shall call you back" Then I sent another email giving them until end of business tomorrow then I go directly to a higher mob to sort it out. Time for bed so goodnight everyone x
Goodnight Tanks & Mr Major x

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Dot and Helen, you both sound like busy medical days are happening over there. Glad they found you have blood Helen. Hope you both get good results. Dot. if the citizenship mob don't get their act together, does it mean you will have problems returning to Aus? Sounds a bit off to moi. xxxx
Had a good day with friends who are planning a similar trip to ours, except they will keep going and are doing a complete lap, taking 9 months to complete. This is their second full lap, so they had lots of extra tidbits of advice for us. One that I didn't think of was to always carry an Australian epirb that can send gps co-ordinates if in danger. THey gave us several apps for the phone, so we will be informed about weather and petrol . Willy weather is from BOM, but apparently easier to use than the BOM site. The other apps they suggest are a first aid one (hopefully never need that, but good to be prepared) and one called Petrol spy, which tells of availability and price of petrol. So that's all of our extra travel planning sorted.
