Interesting that she chose to perform a song written by Charlie Chaplin at the height (depth?) of the 1930s Depression....

It’s the fake tan... the ‘panda-eyes’ give it away: they’re the same size as those UV-proof goggles you see people wearing on TV. If the ‘tan’ was natural, the ‘panda-eyes’ would be the size & shape of sunglasses.
