Ah, missed the single door bit.
Sounds like a good solution.

In the end, it's not going to matter how many breaths you took, but how many moments took your breath away.

Removing the three way was fun (not)
Now to consider those extra solar panels and PL40 expansion I've been meaning to install for years now. It would be easier if that facility in Mannum was open

It was open this morning Jon! Looked like it was a free for all ......... all those Chrissy packages in Big Bus.........
Be best in the morning before it gets too damn hot though!
I guess we really need to be patient as the move half way across the continent is/was a challenge!!

Brian is still here at Lake Illawarra throwing out all my special stuff and calling it rubbish, really knows how to hurt a guys feeling that one.
Is Jerry still moving stuff out Bruce? I'm still hoping to be over there by Aust day, but that will leave Brian and Margaret here completely unsupervised selecting what they think should go in the 40ft container. I thought if they have a real big container to fill I might get some of my good stuff ..... maybe

Re: 240v fridge - Samsung, F&P or Hisense?
Well just like Jon I've been having a fridge running on borderline temperatures during very hot days. Anything over 36 degrees or so ....
The Fridge is a pretty large Consul one that is similar to a 3-way fridge but is only gas/240v. (240V heating element & a small gas flame)
It made no difference if it was on gas or power.
There is a vent through the floor of the boat & through the ceiling above it but no fan for heat extraction.
Yesterday was hot & I experimented with a fan (2 of) blowing in at the side and almost immediately the temperatures in both the freezer & fridge tumbled to what it should be.
The fan assembly came out of a computer server room. I disconnected two of the fans as they were looking at the side wall of the fridge.

That's it then , just told my stock broker to sell all Hardly Normal stock.
There's no doubt that good air circulation design is essential, and many an installation has failed because it lacked that. Well done.

To quote Bruce; "There is a vent through the floor of the boat". I think cooling your fridge is going to be the least of your worries.

Must admit it sounds like a disaster waiting to happen!
The air under the floor tends to be a little cooler so I might install a fan there to force-draw that air in. Then another on the exhaust ducting.
What a terrible day here today! Wind is up now & from the SW so I think it'll cool down somewhat earlier tonight.
