What time ya gunna be there , bring my keys and I'll meet ya thereT1 Terry wrote: ↑Tue Jul 13, 2021 6:41 pm As per usual, we didn't get away today to do the off grid job, but tomorrow is another dayGot the new fridge in the Hino, Margaret is a happy camper. Poor Bill Horseman was walking past when Margaret jokingly (she says) asked if I was going to drag the old fridge out and put the new one in ... because I had it tilted forward to get to the wiring ..... so one fridge out and the other one in and Bill could finally escape guilt free

Found a few other maintenance jobs that had to be done as well, like the eye bolt missing from the right hand trailer springadjusted the alternator/water pump belts because they were screaming and belt grip didn't solve the problem
....... put the new 24v balancer on the house battery ... well it's been waiting for 3 yrs to be done but ya can't rush these things .... sort of run things to do rather than going off to do this job .... so it looks like I'll have to go and do it tomorrow now

Dot, stay warm xxxx
Well, last night I thought I put up a post, must a gone into the ether. Not much to report from our locked in lair. We are going to be locked in now until July 30 at least. Hinting that it will be longer. For us, this looks like all our Qld festivals will again be obliterated. Even if our side sets us free, Qld probably wont be so welcoming. We are probably safer to just stay home and swear a bit more.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
More dam cases of the V19 May as well curl up and get dressed for the furnace, by the time we get to be able to travel we shall be a soggy smelly mess. Have put stuffaway and tied other stuff down ready for the nasty wind and rain over the next few days. HTFFBO is in Kunnanara for a week. Watching the boys on bikes and it just leaves me gobsmacked how they ride up those mountains. Had a call from rheumatologist = X/R's nothing but some osteo A in the knees, extra protein in blood and wee but the best id hb is up from 110 now 131
so happy for that. Next week for the pillcam results.
Off to bed now take care everyone stay safe and wear your mask when out. Goodnight everyone x

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
I would like to know the reasons why people do not believe there is a pandemic and why they are saying the jabs are made with poison to sterilize people and kill us? Some even say that the people that are said to have died from covid died from other causes , yes a lot of the people that died did have other ailments but it was the virus that saw them out. I just can not understand some peoples thinking then the wearing of masks they are blaming masks for causing pneumonia, Suppose they are the same people as the ones that say the sept 11th was a hoax as well? Oh well, Boys on bikes are starting and the rotten weather is here so Goodnight everyone x

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Dot, the tin hat brigade will believe whatever they choose, and the anti-vaxxers will believe they are right too. Sometimes logic doesn't work with certain people. I just wish the govt's, both state and federal had been a little bit more upfront with everything when this whole covid thing started, but as usual, they made it about politics and now they expect all of us to trust them, and believe what they say. I had my first jab today and there were plenty of others lined up for theirs as well. At some point we will get to whatever our new normal will be and we can all get out and travel again.
Enjoy the lycra lads.
