Blowing bubbles in the bath? You really do need to get out more Dotxxxx
Shirley, I think the Northlakes coles is usually a good place to shop, but at the moment it seems like every man and his kids are there trolling through the place. A lot of people just out sharing airspace.
I answered the email from coles, that asked about my shopping experience, very truthfully. It was almost therapeutic
We have had snow clouds above us for much of the day, until a massive westerly blew them away. Some poor people are getting snow tonight for sure.
I did a kiln run, but the plates had not slumped far enough down into the molds. They are having another slightly warmer and longer stay tonight. Until I figure out what the kiln man has changed in the controller, it seems to be back to experimental firings for a while. Copious notes are being written to help me to use the best firing schedule next time.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Tomorrow we get our 2nd AZ jab, now we have to wear masks
everywhere, think I'll try & do an extra big shop at Coles while we're out so as I don't have to go out again, find them claustrophobic & brings on my asthma.
Good night & wherever your are stay safe.

Dot, are you staying out of the frozen winds? Hope the lycra is keeping you entertained, soon you can have the lympics too
. xxxx
Shirley, hope coles was kinder to you than it was for me.
My yesterday slumping was still not quite right. Need a break from those two plates. So put in another couple of plates with slightly changed schedules. Tomorrow will tell me what I need to know. I might find that sweet temp and timing soon (I hope),
Apart from watching the amazing winds and surflike lake, we didn't do a lot today. Not worth going out in the wilds.
Goodnight Robert

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
So much water laying around, one of the roads between here and Goolwa is closed due to flooding , big signs up but as usual some numb nuts just have to ignore thing just like the tin hatters. Right now I am swapping tv channels between the boys on bikes, the V8's weird happenings in todays race. I just do not understand the thinking of the rulers of this land, foot ball players are allowed to hop around the country, where they also sneak out to parties, sit in stands with no masks, have a couple of players testing pos. Then the hired plane to take people to Japan for sports days when that country already has positive cases within the village and numbers rising YET the stranded families all over the world can't get home at all. What am I missing? Time to say goodnight everyone x
Goodnight Rossp x
Safe travels everyone. Goodnight Deborah x

Dot, it is all about the big corporate sponsorship dollars. That's why tennis, golf, football of all codes and the Olympics are still on. Nearly forgot the racecars. All those in lockdown then watch it all on TV, and are happy to have something to watch. Sponsors get their ads on the gogglebox and big business is happy. Simples's !! just ask any Meerkat.
Cheers

Deborah, the visit to Coles was ok except they had no lamb legs & the young school girl on the checkout packed my freezer bag full with non perishable goods which I removed & put in another bag so I could put a couple of ice bricks with the frozen goods.
Bruce witnessed 3 get out of a car to go shopping, police car patrolling stopped & told only 1 allowed to go in to shop told the other 2 to get back in the car they weren't very happy.
