Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Well done Lesley and Erich, did you celebrate with a good red or two? Who watched the All Blacks thrash the Aussies today 2/2
I love watching those black boys play esp the Haka that really gets me a tad home sick. Still cold here and Brian is loving his new bed. Naughty Norman and his daughter were at it again today so most likely some eggs will appear again. I,m going to have an attempt to take up some jeans using the iron on stuff hmmmmm we'll see
Stay safe everyone and an early goodnight to all x
Goodnight Lesley & Erich x

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Nite Dot. Erich us already abed but I am wide awake despite several wines. We don’t watch any footy of any persuasion. We have good kiwi friends here. Graeme ( Erich’s spelling is wrong) in the croquet pic and others. Will we ever get back to SA? It’s all a bit sad! We are planning to do a Country Pub Camping (Fb page) tagalong trip from 11 Sept till end of Sept. Sounds like it should work!

Dot, those naughty birds sound almost as promiscuous as our ducks. They are at it, all the flamin time, poor lady ducks. Stay warm out there in the bus xxxx
Lesley, congratulations you shouldn't be stuffed, just chuffed xxx
We did our community memorial with flowers from jetties and it was nice way to have a moment for remembering the good times and to be thankful for sharing them with her. It was good to see so many people joined in the event, from distances, but we could see them all doing the same things.
Glass in kiln is looking good, but a bit dark, so added some lighter bits and turned it back on for another warm up. Started on making a memorial suncatcher for my friend's family, but have to stop at a certain point until i know for sure if they want some of her ashes included in the main piece. So far I have constructed three chains to hang from the main piece and will play around tomorrow with designs for the bigger piece to hang them from.
night all xxx

Lesley,
I hope you’re not going to be stuffed and hung on the wall!

Yes, you SHOULD be chuffed about winning the trophy! Great work! (And Erich…)
Deb,
Sounds like a great tribute to your friend. I hope you’ll post a photo for us before handing it to the family.
Kelly is keeping us active, and amused. Daily zoomies around the back yard are demanded. If we don’t take her out immediately she stands at the door whining, she sulks.
Discovered this morning that she is quite partial to baked beans — leftovers from SWMBO’s breakfast. We are definitely NOT going to add them to her regular diet!
Dottie,
Norman is not a patch on our resident Crested (or Top-Knot) Pigeons! Their breeding season is from January 1st to December 31st!
The males are constantly chasing the females & fanning their tail feathers. Mostly the females say ‘Not on your Nellie!’… but that doesn’t deter the males. They keep chasing.
I hope you’re not going to be stuffed and hung on the wall!
