Now you've upset David (Supersparkie)!! He has history at Rankin Springs.
Enjoy your holidays Terry & Margaret because Brian has been booking in customers left, right & centre!!
Hope you're still not looking for that "press to talk" button on the radio you don't have!!

Well, I have to report that nothing broke, didn't run out of fuel once and no flat tyres. The Mazda went like a champion, had plenty of battery capacity in reserve after each nights electric blankets and Margaret's huffa-puffa machine running on full noise, coffees and all the other things that use power, so no need to change anything there either.
What a great holiday and ready to take on all the work that seems to have pilled up, see if I say the same thing in a few days time

We got in 10 days, that's pretty good for us :D Had a great time, now back to the hard slog so we can get away for our WA trip

Was good to see you both again. Tell Margaret I’ve just ordered an ‘elephant trunk’ like hers to try not to suffocate in the cold..... and am now trying to work out what we might need for a stand alone system in the shed. Late night camp fire chats can be expensive!

Between the girls they wiped out quite a bit, but I managed to secret a bag away from prying eyes and will be sampling it tonight over a few cool drinks.
It was great to be able to put a face to the name Wayne, unfortunate you couldn't be there for the whole week end but maybe next time. A thoroughly enjoyable week end with another very successful Men's Master Chef round that I didn't win, but at least I scored a 4th place this time.

How do you expect me to remember something like that Lance? I've had a drink and a sleep since then  I think there was around 15 but maybe someone can put up a more accurate count, Ballarat Bill's paté was excellent as was Julian's mulled wine... no doubt I've murdered the spelling there but Ray will sort it out for me. I think it was the stir fry vegies and noodle that won the event but all the dishes were top notch stuff so it is unfair of me to pick out any for a separate mention.... needless to say everyone over ate on Saturday night with quite few of the dishes being desserts after Cuppa winning his second spoon with a dessert last yr.

Phoenix still has his smile and is stretched out on the floor.
