Finally got the second rear view camera mounted on the Avida. Had to remove the alloy base yet again and machine the centre to gain enough clearance for the ball part to swivel but still get the locking ring screws in the cover to locate in the base. Then had to drill and tap the cover to fit a grub screw to hold the camera in position. Typical Chinese copy stuff, nearly the same but not quite
I think it's finally finished so if you feel you would like to take possession Vik, give us a call so we can tell you how much to bring with you :D

:o But if ya spend all the money ya won't have enough left for me to retire ......... actually I don't get any of it but the muffins for breaky might get the chop when the finance minister starts the cost cutting thing

As far as the one grub screw, we could put another 2 in if you can find them, they seem to drop into another universe after they fall from the roof height of the Avida cause I can't seem to find them  But yeah, one grub screw will hold it long enough to get out of the driveway ;)

Grub screws are not the only thing...
If I drop anything on the floor, some b*$?ard moves the floor further away from me!

Vik, know how you feel about the dunny seats...
Before we went OTR when SWMBO retired, we ‘decluttered’..
Took a three-piece pure wool Fletcher Jones suit to the op-shop, as it was tailored for me when I weighed 78kg. I was 98kg at the time. Thought I’d never get into it again.
After three years OTR we returned... I weighed 79kg.

Nup!... The vest was tailored nicely but not-too-snug when I bought it.
Woulda been just right, as my weight did vary a bit while it was my work 'uniform'... between 76~81kg. :|
Prompted by this thread, I tried on a suit I bought when I passed 85kg. (Not much call for suits in Rutherglen... only at funerals. )
I now have a brown pure wool tent (with matching pants) to take to the op-shop. I can slip the Shorter Oxford Dictionary into the pants with me, without it getting crowded! :P (There's nearly enough room for a Webster's Unabridged in there!!! That's the 'doorstop' edition, about 6" thick...)
