Got to Tennant Creek and as expected no phone waiting for us   G has done the dump run and picked up a couple of scripts along with bread and milk so I guess we shall head to 3 ways for fuel and might catch up with my niece if they catch up, they are heading to Darwin so 3 ways is our last chance. Last 2 nights no electric blanket or air con needed even Brian stayed on top of the bed and not curled up under the covers. It is a beautiful sunny warm day with a hint of a breeze. The amount of huge caravans is amazing, I want to know how do they keep their cars and vans so clean? not even any dust on the rims???

"tanks" sent you a pm message.
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

Just popped into Barkly homestead for wifi and morning tea. Last night we stopped in a gravel pit about 25ks from 3 ways, rubbish as expected and the night was hot (weather wise) windows open and just a sheet needed. Fuel here is $2.02cpl Only going another 30ks or so for tonight as not much point getting to Mi Isa before Monday where I shall be finding a Telstra shop  Getting ready for the boys on bikes for the TDF shame that Froomey isn't able to participate. Time to move along little googie .Cheers you lot x

I thought you are supposed to be waiting for the phone at Tennant Creek Dot?
Why Telstra when it's a Boost phone?
Must be just me?

Yes George .... sort of.
Owned by Sprint in the USA in fact & just buy bandwidth off of Telstra.
https://www.google.com/search?client=fi ... +Boost+ISP
I was & still am an Agent for Exetel who, likewise, buy bandwidth off of Optus.
Ironic but now Telstra buy bandwidth off of NBN and resell it to other companies as well as direct to customers.
