Budget surgery is popping up in backyard set ups since the lock down and people can't go to Bali or where ever to get a cheap bit of scalpel work done. They also offer budget pain control as well, a big burly fisherman offers to either use the soaked rag or hit over the head with a paddle .... ether/oar knock out they call it .....
