Perhaps download a User Manual for the German Brand that it was copied from - should be the same.

These have a very trick looking LCD display that is also the point of entry to change the programming, I haven't seen this type of control on the German built items.
As far as the Facebook page, thanks for the link but I have no plans to get involved in anything Facebook related any time soon, that goes for all the data mining sites really. There will always be some data mining when you use the interweb for anything, but Facebook etc are just asking for trouble in my book.
