Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Peter,

Hope all is well.... just an fyi, the lymph may be sore for about 2 weeks after; as the pathways find new routes.
(This is what I experienced when my sentinel was removed.)

Goodness Friday 13th was not a good one for some of you folks. Dot, hope you can stay a bit more upright in future. xxxx

For all of you with those nasty sounding bruises, try to rub in a little arnica cream on the bruising. it brings down the swelling quickly and speeds up the disappearance of the bruising. Arnica can be purchased at any chemist for a reasonable price.

We have been enjoying just being with our club mates. Didn't realise how much we were both missing these crazy peoples. But we are happy now.

sleep well all and sundry xxx

Deborah we have used Rapigel (horse liniment!) for as long as I can remember for muscle/bruise problems. Our animals back in the farm days recommended it as the one.

Another good one for muscles is Fisiocreme, available from the Chemist, bit expensive but in the Village here it's the duxnuts.

While we are on the subject of good ointments, what is the best thing for a burn?
I am making another batch of 'Daves Famous Homemade Tomato Sauce' and have managed to get a decent burn on the wrist from the boiling sauce mix. I have put it under the tap for a while and now have it wrapped up in a damp cloth. What do the members suggest?
Apart from be more careful next time!

Aloe Vera direct from a leaf. Not adulterated stuff from the chemist either.
Snap a leaf in pieces and spread the 'juice' gently over the area.
Honey has been suggested too?

Thanks Bruce, we have plenty of that growing in the garden. At least that's what I think it is. Will Google it first to make sure I have the right plant.
